If lazystudent has to take any action regarding inappropriate behaviour of a member this action will be to a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process b) protect and defend the rights and property of the lazystudents organisation c) enforce the terms of service d) act to protect the interests of its members or others.
3. MEMBER CONDUCT
As a member of lazystudent you warrant to lazystudent that you will not use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
The e-mail and bulletin/message board service must not be used in….conjunction with pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming, unsolicited messages, defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others. You must not publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material, information.
